Job description

  • We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with expertise creating messaging, sales enablement collateral, and claims for self-insured employers.
  • This Product Marketing Manager will focus on product– which is being designed to be a proactive and responsive chronic care platform, which will be fuelled by continuous data integration and AI.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the adoption of metabolic health solutions within the self-insured employer segment.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation in metabolic health offerings.
  • Manage client relationships with self-insured employers to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that deliver cost-effective, sustainable health outcomes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition of metabolic health solutions to key stakeholders within self-insured employer organizations.
  • Bring core value propositions to life through foundational marketing collateral for the employer segment, including pitch decks, sales sheet, claims documentation, case studies, and more.
  • Create competitive landscape analyses and build deep dives on core competitors in the metabolic space (for the self-insured employer segment).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure the GTM strategy and value propositions are resonating in the market and create feedback loops to refine the value proposition and product positioning for self-insured employers.
  • Partner deeply with the Commercial Marketing teams to build compelling campaigns for self-insured employers (working across paid, earned, shared and owned strategies).
Experience:
  • 5-7 years experience in product marketing, strategic consulting, or product management with 3+ years in healthcare.
  • Experience developing marketing and sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, sales sheet, case studies, webinars, and more.
  • Experience marketing or selling a care management solution.
  • Experience developing messaging tailored to B2B customers– especially including self-insured employers.
  • Experience working in a new and/or swiftly evolving market.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with an ability to navigate an evolving and fast-paced environment, influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
Skills:
  • Product Marketing & Strategic Execution:
    • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B healthcare solutions.
    • Strong understanding of metabolic health solutions and their positioning within the self-insured employer segment.
    • Experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy development for healthcare products.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    • Proficiency in conducting in-depth market research to identify industry trends and customer pain points.
    • Ability to perform competitive landscape analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
    • Strong data interpretation skills to support product positioning and messaging.
  • Client Relationship Management & Consultative Selling:
    • Experience managing and engaging with self-insured employers, understanding their healthcare needs and challenges.
    • Strong consultative selling skills to tailor solutions that drive cost-effective, sustainable health outcomes.
    • Ability to gather client feedback and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement & Training:
    • Experience in developing sales training materials and support resources (e.g., pitch decks, sales sheets, webinars).
    • Ability to train and collaborate with sales teams to enhance their ability to communicate the value proposition of metabolic health solutions.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholders within employer organizations.
  • Healthcare & Employer Benefits Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of chronic disease management, metabolic health, and wellness solutions.
    • Familiarity with self-insured employer healthcare models and cost-saving strategies.
    • Awareness of healthcare regulations and compliance affecting employer-sponsored health programs.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
