BlackCloak is seeking a motivated and skilled Private Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and overall success of our private clients and key partners. You will build trusted relationships, proactively engage to understand your client’s unique security and privacy needs, and deliver personalized support. What You Will Do
  • Leverage strong project management experience to develop and execute detailed plans for onboarding, implementation, service enhancements, coordinating teams, managing timelines and resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners and Private Clients
  • Understand clients' primary needs and support their cybersecurity efforts
  • Work cross-functionally to drive smooth onboarding, monitor client engagement, and proactively address issues to maximize value.
  • Communicate utilization highlights, updates, and value-driven insights to Partners and clients via reporting, quarterly business reviews and account status meetings
  • Gather client feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvements and enhanced client experiences
  • Ensure a consistent and positive Partner and client experience across their journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and optimize the customer experience
  • Leverage internal platforms and tools to track activities, analyze data, and identify trends

  • What You Need to be Successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, ideally working with high-net-worth individuals and organizations (e.g., Goldman Sachs)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and privacy concepts
  • Project management certification or relevant experience preferred, with the ability to manage complex processes and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to gather and interpret information to support client success
  • Motivated to deliver great results and able to work with some independence
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients when necessary
