Job Responsibilities:

  • Min 2.5 years experience in a similar marketing / CRM specialist role. 
  • Proficiency in using ActiveCampaign platform, including building sequences, workflows, chat flows, and reports. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Understanding of Zapier Software

Core responsibilities:

  • Utilise ActiveCampaign to manage all marketing activities, including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, social media scheduling, and content management.
  • Create and manage automated sequences and workflows within ActiveCampaign to optimise lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes. 
  • Develop and maintain chat flows within ActiveCampaign to enhance customer engagement and support. 
  • Generate custom reports and analyse data within ActiveCampaign to track campaign performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective ActiveCampaign strategies. 
  • Stay updated on ActiveCampaigns latest features, updates, and best practices to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
