We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. This is a funded position through the end of the year, with the potential for long-term impact as part of a multi-year portfolio focused on data interoperability. The successful candidate will play a key role in transitioning users from a legacy internal system to a new, modernized product developed by the client’s internal team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and a proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to understand system requirements, objects/fields, and set up data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support the migration of users from the legacy internal system to the client’s new product.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and project goals.
  • Develop and execute UAT testing scenarios in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Articulate technical requirements to business stakeholders, showcasing the feasibility and capabilities of new platform features.
  • Create business case documentation, cost-benefit analyses, and justifications for system improvements.
  • Work closely with a highly technical team to ensure seamless integration and data interoperability.

  • Hard Skills - Must have:
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) and SQL is required.
  • Proven experience in User Story development for technical projects.
  • Ability to define and execute UAT testing scenarios with stakeholders.

  • Hard Skills - Nice to have/It's a plus:
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), medical provider systems, or credentialing processes is a plus.

  • Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:
  • Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
