Who You Are

You have the stamina to make 80 - 100 cold calls every day to early education centers, bringing energy and optimism to each call. You have experience working in a commission-based environment. You excel at discovery and can help customers understand the value of brightwheel. You adeptly respond to objections, converting cold calls into demos and, ultimately, into new customers. You are not phased by constant change and are energized to join a rapidly growing team where our goals and processes evolve every day. What You’ll DoConduct 80-100 cold calls per dayUse discovery questions, active listening, and knowledge of the competitive landscape to understand prospect’s pain points and convey how brightwheel can deliver valueSchedule and run product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s needs Close sales and partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth customer implementationActively manage your pipeline, keeping information accurate, organized, and up-to-date, and regularly reflecting on key metricsCollaborate with your manager to identify opportunities to improve your sales process; respond quickly and with an open mind to coaching and feedbackContribute to a positive, high-performing team cultureQualifications, Skills, & Abilities You are fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing)Prior quota-carrying experience strongly preferredCold calling, SaaS for SMBs, and full cycle closing experience preferredGrit, resilience, and desire to exceed sales goalsExcellent communication and prioritization skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized A proven top performer at previous companies, consistently hitting and exceeding goals Positive mindset with ability to navigate change and quickly adaptProficiency with CRM software and other sales toolsFluency in Spanish preferred but not requiredBrightwheel is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
