Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 8:00am - 6:00PM Sydney Time, Monday- Friday

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls and check ins for prospective patients
    • Drive an increase in consultation bookings
    • Follow up with post consult patients and develop leads for the medical team to close
    • Ability to analyse and address objections, providing the medical team on pricing and package insights  
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and progress using CRM tools.
  • Learn key medical terms and hair transplant specifics to better manage patient expectations and drive bookings
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for outreach, appointments, and lead conversions.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team


Requirements

·  Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, prospecting, and cold outreach.

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·  Ability to handle objections and navigate conversations effectively.

·  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

·  Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.

·  A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Experience in B2B sales or Medical sales is an advantage.

·  Knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales best practices.

·  Excellent spoken and written English
