Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Full Time (40 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Melbourne Time, with 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for LinkedIn and YouTube platforms
  • Create and manage compelling video content for YouTube shorts
  • Drive our social media and email engagement programs
  • Maintain strategic content calendars across platforms
  • Manage both company and executive social media presence
  • Foster community engagement through proactive interaction
  • Provide data-driven insights and growth strategies
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics

Administrative Support
  • Manage multiple inboxes with prompt and professional communication
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain executive schedules
  • Oversee outsourced project completion
  • Monitor and update company KPIs


Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Proven portfolio of social media content creation
  • 3-5 years of experience growing professional social media accounts
  • 2+ years of content creation and account management experience
  • Background in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and Google tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Self-starter mentality with excellent time management skills
  • Experience with online collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for mechatronics and engineering (degree not required)
  • Industry knowledge or genuine interest
  • Adobe Photoshop proficiency
  • Social media advertising experience
  • Expertise in social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Track record managing social media for tech brands
