Job description

This is a remote position.


Scope:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM Whitefish, MT Time (20 hours per week)

  • Focus primarily on LinkedIn content strategy and management

  • 20 hours per week commitment, with potential for growth to full-time

  • Remote work with regular communication via Slack and text messages

  • Collaborate directly with the client to develop and refine social media presence

  • Manage and grow the client’s personal brand across multiple business ventures

  • Transform existing high-quality podcast content into engaging short-form videos

  • Establish the client as a thought leader in AI, data security, and entrepreneurship

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing podcast content to extract key messages and themes for social media narratives

  • Create and edit engaging short-form video content tailored for LinkedIn and potentially other platforms

  • Develop and implement a strategic social media plan focused on thought leadership in AI, data security, and business innovation

  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data

  • Proactively suggest new ideas for content and engagement strategies

  • Collaborate closely with Nic to understand and align with brand objectives across multiple business ventures

  • Manage and schedule regular social media posts

  • Engage with followers and industry peers on social platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn for B2B thought leadership 

  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills

  • Excellent video editing and content creation abilities (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)

  • Understanding of B2B social media strategies and current trends in thought leadership content

  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Familiarity with Slack as a communication tool

  • Ability to distill complex topics in AI, data security, and business innovation into accessible content
