The Role

Maintains an overview of digital activities landing in UKI's priority accounts, including paid and organic efforts, web developments, and coordination of various programs such as Top influencers and Digital support for Sales led campaigns.
For Social marketing:
  • Communicates the corporate image or products through social media networks and tools. Monitors Kyndryl's online communities and presence. Makes initial responses to inquiries, complaints, comments and other contacts generated through social media and coordinates escalations or further communications; analyzes responses to social media activities and makes recommendations. Represents the Kyndryl message to online communities, media, analysts and the general public at large. Maintains and builds relationships with social network influencers to create marketing opportunities and drive favorable “buzz” and coverage..
  • Build the social media strategy and plan to elevate Kyndryl UKI’s reputation through customer stories and local Kyndryl’s subject matter expects.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute LinkedIn posts 
    • for Kyndryl UKI leadership team and SMEs
    • for customer moments,
    • market driven Kyndryl moments [Pride, Ramadan, local celebrations, local events, etc.] working closely with corporate affairs team on the ground.
  • Work close to Global Team
    • to identify and promote assets produced on social media.
    • To land social media campaigns in the UKI
    • to measure posts engagement / results and adapt the plan if necessary
    • to leverage their social editorial calendar and integrate with the market driven calendar.
  • Drive Local Enablement:
    • Identify Kyndryl SMEs to be Local Social Business Ambassadors
    • Prepare and give Social Media training to local Leadership team and local employees to create Social Eminence then work with them to promote their content.
For Web/Digital Marketing
Coordinates with the global Web teams to optimize the digital experience for UKI customers – including localization with local relevant content, designing personalization and interaction elements etc.   
For Paid Media:
Coordinates with the global Paid media teams to optimize the paid media investments for the UKI market, including evaluation of effectiveness and cost of various media outlets and recommendations of best alternatives for increasing Kyndryl's  visibility, brand awareness and sales growth.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
