Remote Operations Center Supervisor

We are hiring immediately a Remote Operations Center (ROC) supervisor - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you will do:  

• Based in New Iberia operations center, you will lead a team of four Shift Leads and 16 ROC Specialists
• Oversee and drive the operational performance of the ROC Operation Team
• Measure and improve the efficiency of the entire Remote Monitoring cycle, including regional response
• Enhance tools, processes, and capabilities to support continuous improvement in Remote Monitoring
• Develop team skills and product knowledge, focusing on Energy Transition solutions
• Collaborate with ROC leadership and a benchmark against industry standards to improve internal customer satisfaction

We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree minimum and/or 7+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and support teams
• Strong adaptability to evolving technology and business needs while driving continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.
• Exceptional decision-maker with the ability to present the ROC’s value to customers and the business.
• Financially and commercially savvy, skilled in issue resolution, and knowledgeable in systems like M3, Salesforce, and Sitepro.
