Summary:
The Account Manager (AM) plays a key role in providing exceptional service, collaborating with clients to achieve their digital campaign goals, and working alongside colleagues to manage and grow strategic accounts. As a subject matter expert on Adtaxi’s digital products, the AM ensures seamless coordination with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and ad operations, to exceed KPI targets for enterprise clients.
What you will do:
Responsible for proactively sharing campaign insights, identifying up-sell opportunities to expand the client portfolio, and presenting complex data on campaign performance and market analysis in an accessible way to clients
Manage and nurture client relationships, Account Managers work closely with the client post-sale, and are responsible for client revenue retention and growth
Collaborate both verbally and in writing
Work efficiently in a high-paced, deadline-oriented environment
A sufficient understanding of digital products, ad serving technologies & digital platforms is required; there will always be plenty of opportunities to grow your knowledge base as you go!

What you will bring:
4 years college degree, or equivalent amount of work experience
At least 1-2 years of account management experience in the digital marketing industry; knowledge of digital advertising products is preferred (Programmatic, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Experience in Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred
Competent understanding of digital advertising products, including Google Ads, Social, and Programmatic
Strong account management & interpersonal skills
Ability to problem solve & manage healthy client relationships
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Benefits and Compensation:
The hourly wage is $28.85. This position is eligible for incentive compensation (commission). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers eligible employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off and select paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility).
