It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses. The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries.

As the Head of Advertising Sales, you will be working closely with our leadership team on building the advertising vertical of the company. You will be growing an exciting new Out of Home (“OOH”) advertising medium that has already attracted well-known brands such as DirecTV, Regal Entertainment, Netflix, Sony, and more. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify, uncover, and develop new business opportunities with companies & agencies.

  • Identify the advertising and experiential campaign needs of partners and prospects in order to deliver solutions that delight advertisers and exceed their expectations 

  • Manage the RFP process and record data and activity within the pipeline 

  • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and proposals 

  • Meet and/or exceed targeted monthly and annual sales budgets and objectives 

  • Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help when the need arises. 

  • Be the voice of the customer to help inform future advertising product roadmaps 

  • Have a collaborative mentality & work cross-functionally to manage the design, launch, and tracking of advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales within the advertising industry, with a focus on OOH advertising.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.

  • In-depth knowledge of OOH advertising, including various formats, targeting options, and measurement metrics.

  • Experience establishing agency and client relationships.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to thrive, problem solve, adapt to change, and learn new methods.
