We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team, performing a main role in people management and organizational development. An organized, communicative, and proactive person willing to drive strategic HR initiatives and foster a culture of continuous growth, which results in the development of the whole Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

  • Acting as a strategic partner for leaders, providing data-driven insights for decision-making in people management and business strategy;
  • Monitoring and supporting leadership development and team growth strategies;
  • Leading and enhancing Performance Review processes, ensuring alignment between organizational expectations and employee development;
  • Mediating complex relationship issues, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment;
  • Identifying training and development needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning;
  • Monitoring trends, anticipating challenges, and proposing innovative talent management solutions;
  • Supporting and collaborating with other People subareas, such as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, to ensure an integrated and effective people management strategy;
  • Driving organizational change management, ensuring digital and cultural transformations are implemented efficiently and humanely.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Business Partner in startups or tech companies;
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English;
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach;
  • Experience in designing and managing Performance Review processes;
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization;
  • Ability to build strategic narratives for engagement and organizational alignment;
  • Capacity to support the company during transformation and restructuring periods.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multicultural teams or companies with a global presence;
  • Background in Employee Experience, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Convenia, Officevibe, Qulture.rocks, and Trello;
  • Experience in designing and implementing development programs.
