ORGANIZATION

YOUR ROLE
  • You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z, including contract discussions, focusing on both technical and functional tech profiles.

  • You source candidates as needed, though search efforts are minimal.

  • You conduct selection interviews and follow up on candidate influx.

  • You introduce candidates to hiring managers and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.

  • You keep your clients (candidates and hiring managers) informed during the process.
