Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals
    • Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
    • Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs
    • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients
    • Guide candidates through the hiring process, offering interview tips and insights
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress using an ATS
    • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market shifts
    • Promote job openings and enhance employer visibility through networking and social media

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience with the full-cycle talent acquisition process
    • Sourcing and recruitment tools proficiency
    • Skilled in conducting interviews, assessing both technical and soft skills, and determining the best fit for a given role
    • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, and recruitment automation tools
    • Capable of working autonomously, handling multiple job openings simultaneously, and meeting tight deadlines
    • Ability to quickly adjust to various industries, client expectations, and hiring approaches.
    • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
    • ​English - Intermediate+
