1. Client Collaboration and Relationship Management

Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and set clear expectations.

2. Talent Sourcing and Engagement

Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
Implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
Conduct proactive outreach and networking to engage with potential candidates.

3. Recruitment Lifecycle Management

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
Conduct initial assessments to identify the best fit for each role based on qualifications and experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance to both parties.

4. Administrative and Reporting Duties

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Prepare and present reports on recruitment performance, key metrics, and hiring outcomes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment.

5. Additional Responsibilities

Requirements
