Job description

Job Summary:

As a Marketing Project Manger for the Marketing Team your primary responsibility will be to streamline our marketing operations and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes to relevant parties.
  • Track action items from meetings and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Monitor the attendance and training schedules of the entire team
  • Assign and track action items to appropriate team members.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion. Manage and prioritize incoming emails, routing them to the correct team members.
  • Manage onboarding documentation to ensure training materials are up to date.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency. Implement new tools and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. (Or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 4 years of experience in a marketing coordination, administrative support, or project coordination role. (Experience in a fast-paced marketing environment is a plus.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal): Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with internal and external stakeholders, take detailed meeting minutes, and distribute information effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software: Experience with project tracking software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and other relevant marketing technologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.

Work Arrangement

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4PM to 1AM (8AM UK time)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home with occasional visits to the office
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas. Building is across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig.
