Job description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner to CMO: Collaborate closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

B2B Marketing Expertise: Bring in-depth experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on understanding the nuances of B2B customer acquisition and relationship-building.

Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels, ensuring a strong online presence and effective lead generation.

Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored for B2B audiences.

Market Research: Conduct market research specific to B2B markets, analyzing trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a focus on B2B and digital marketing strategies.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful B2B marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
