This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Dull-time, 10 AM to 7 PM and 11 AM to 8 PM 
  • Options: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday

Job Description

Embark on an exciting career as an Appointment Setter in the fast-paced world of government contract education! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for businesses looking to unlock new revenue streams through government contracting. You’ll engage in high-energy, rapid-fire conversations with potential clients, using your sharp communication skills to identify qualified leads and set up appointments with our expert consultants. This position offers a unique blend of sales, education, and public service, as you’ll be helping businesses access valuable government opportunities while honing your professional skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 150-250 engaging outbound calls daily, introducing our transformative government contracting education services to potential clients
  • Employ active listening and critical thinking to swiftly identify qualified prospects through targeted questioning
  • Articulate the value of our services concisely, adapting your approach based on each prospect’s unique needs and responses
  • Schedule appointments for qualified leads to have in-depth discussions with our government contracting experts
  • Maintain meticulous records of call outcomes and prospect information in our state-of-the-art tracking system
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets, driving business growth
  • Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and improve outreach strategies, contributing to the company’s evolving success


Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, articulate command of English
  • Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly in dynamic conversations
  • Experience in high-volume call environments is a plus, but we value quick learners with a can-do attitude
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of working independently and meeting targets
  • Professional demeanor coupled with an enthusiastic, positive attitude
  • Reliable home office setup with a quiet environment for clear communication
  • Availability to work 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, between 11 AM and 3 PM Eastern Time
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and interest in the world of government contracting is a plus!
