Job description

Initial Requirement – Admin Support for Work Orders:
• Handling backlog of photo uploads and work order finalization.
• Matching before-and-after photos with work order item codes in RTC portal.
• Ensuring all additional work is identified and justified for claims.
• Navigating Dropbox for organized photo categorization per work order.
• Requires high attention to detail, as work orders involve multiple codes and strict verification processes.
Future Expansion of Role:
• Once backlog is cleared, role will transition into full-scale work order management.
• Reviewing completed work orders, identifying extras, and finalizing submissions.
• Training and familiarization with work codes and reporting system.
Eventually, involvement in scheduling jobs to reduce overdue work orders.
Long-Term Goal:
• Reduce overdue work orders from 250 to a manageable number (ideally under 50).
• Streamline admin processes so the manager can focus on operations.
