Job Title: Accounting & Tax Executive

About Us:

Lynchpin Consulting is a Dubai-based firm specializing in accounting, VAT compliance, corporate tax, and financial reporting for businesses in the UAE. We are looking for a remote-based Accounting & Tax Executive in Lahore, Pakistan, to handle the accounting, VAT filing, and corporate tax compliance for our UAE-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting for clients in Dubai.
  
• Prepare and file VAT returns as per UAE regulations.
  
• Assist in corporate tax compliance, including tax calculations, returns, and advisory for UAE clients.
  
• Maintain and update financial records in Zoho Books, Xero, or QuickBooks.
  
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and financial regulations.
  
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for client review.
  
• Handle client queries related to accounting, VAT, and tax matters.
  
• Work closely with the Dubai-based finance team to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting, tax compliance, or bookkeeping.
  
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, corporate tax regulations, and IFRS accounting principles.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English for client interaction and reporting.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• CA Inter + Articles completed is preferred.
  
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, VAT, and corporate tax compliance.
  
• Prior experience handling Dubai-based clients or UAE tax regulations is an advantage.
