We are seeking a skilled Xactly Incent Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that incentive compensation solutions are effectively aligned with organizational goals. This role is integral to gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the design and configuration of Xactly Incent systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with business stakeholders, understanding and translating their requirements into actionable solutions, and delivering high-quality documentation. Experience in Agile methodologies and proficiency in creating Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and Solution Design Documents is essential.

As a Xactly Business Analyst you will:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their incentive compensation requirements, objectives, and pain points.

• Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.

• Documentation: Develop comprehensive FRDs, user stories, process flows, and Solution Design Documents to ensure clarity and alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

• System Configuration & Support: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Xactly Incent, ensuring system functionalities meet business requirements.

• Data Analysis: Analyze incentive data and system configurations to validate accuracy, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams (developers, QA) and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

• Agile Methodology: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Testing & Validation: Support UAT by creating test scenarios, coordinating test efforts, and ensuring the system meets the defined requirements.

• Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to existing Xactly Incent processes and configurations to improve efficiency and scalability.

We're excited about you if you have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with Xactly Incent systems.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Xactly Incent, including configuration and reporting capabilities.

  • Proficient in business process mapping and documenting workflows.

  • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Documentation Proficiency: Experience creating BRDs, Solution Design Documents, user stories, and test scripts.

• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and practices.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Xactly Incent or relevant training.

• Experience working with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Previous experience in compensation planning or sales operations.
