The Role:


Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a passion for content personalization and automation? Join us as Senior Engagement and Personalization Specialist and help shape our digital strategy through highly personalized marketing campaigns and content. As a part of the Excellence and Innovation team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM to create engaging customer journeys.

 

This role reports to the Engagement and Personalization Strategy Manager.

 

 

As a Senior Engagement and Personalization Specialist, you will:

  • Define, implement, deploy, optimize, and monitor personalized campaigns.

  • Operate in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, test, and deploy complex journeys involving A/B tests, audience splits, and dynamic personalization.

  • Guide customer segmentation, targeting, and lead nurturing strategies.

  • Manage your own campaign personalization plan, including proposal development and success monitoring.

  • Test new audiences, campaigns, or processes, and coordinate tasks with specialists for complex projects.

  • Collaborate with the marketing analyst to evaluate metrics, provide recommendations, and apply learnings for ongoing improvements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platform, with a Salesforce Certification or a strong Trailhead history being a big plus.

  • Proficiency in journey-based email delivery strategies.

  • Knowledge of direct marketing best practices, including deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance.

  • Expertise in running experiments and conducting A/B tests, both short-term and long-term.

  • Ability to develop dynamic content email templates using HTML and AMP script.

  • Strong data analysis and CRM analytics skills.

  • Good knowledge of all Salesforce Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios.

  • Experience in database management and content/inbound marketing concepts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • General writing and proofreading skills.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively drive projects and improvements without constant supervision

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a relevant position.

 

This role is office based, excluded from our remote working due to business need and nature of the role. Our offices are based in Madrid and London ; it is expected you must be in the office 3 days a week with working from home an option for the rest of the week.
