Join our exciting, fast-paced Onboarding and Engagement team, assisting our clients with the on-boarding process with the ultimate objective of maximizing our new client’s long-term value to the business. Onboarding and Engagement Associates are responsible for converting leads to new accounts and supporting them as they begin trading with IG.

What you’ll do
An Onboarding and Engagement Associate is responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including:
- The conversion of prospective clients into accounts
- Converting failed applications into accounts
- Helping prospects with any queries about our products
- Explaining products and procedures
- Leveraged clients first funding
- Identifying potential high value clients
- Re-activating dormant clients
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and short term offers
You’re curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation. You’re also a confident, creative thinker with a knack for innovating. We know that you know every problem has a solution. How you’ll grow :
Full in-house training is provided in order to help you reach the appropriate skill levels to perform all functions of the role. Your growth is incredibly important to us, perform well and your chance for progression is high. We have had numerous internal promotions from the Onboarding and Engagement desk to senior Onboarding and Engagement positions, Premium Account Management desks and Institutional Sales teams both here and abroad.
