The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to deliver exceptional professional services for our SaaS clients. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction. Your focus will be on coordinating internal resources, gathering client data, configuring software (no-code) to meet client needs, and conducting follow-ups to ensure long-term success.

This is a fully remote position, and we want the person to be based in Europe. 

Responsibilities

Inter-Departmental Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Support) to ensure timely and efficient SaaS add-on delivery.
  • Maintain project timelines and communicate status updates to clients.

Data Gathering:

  • Work with clients to collect necessary data and requirements for software configuration.
  • Validate data accuracy and completeness before implementation.

Software Setup:

  • Configure no-code software based on client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct initial testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment.

Client Follow-Up:

  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure clients are leveraging the software effectively.
  • Address any issues or concerns and escalate as necessary.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to foster trust and ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services or upselling based on client needs.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project milestones, and software configurations.
  • Provide detailed reports to clients and internal stakeholders as required.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS organizations, healthcare, and/or clinical trials.
  • Strong task management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort when communicating with external users including study Sponsors.
  • Basic understanding of technical terminology (e.g., APIs, integrations).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
