Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on IT experience (help desk, IT support, or similar tech-related role)
✔ Strong understanding of PCs, mobile devices, networking, and software troubleshooting
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
✔ Fantastic communication and customer service abilities
✔ Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with new tech trends
✔ Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
