ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Social DM Appointment Setter to manage and engage with direct messages across a variety of social profiles. This role is pivotal for Jumpfactor’s business development strategy, where you will play a key part in establishing our brands’ social presence, generating high-quality leads, and setting appointments for our account executives.
You will work closely with outreach teams to ensure seamless integration between our social strategy and appointment-setting processes. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with outreach and messaging, and able to drive high-volume conversations that consistently convert into scheduled discovery calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and monitor a number of social profiles, ensuring each profile’s inbox is consistently engaged with and updated in a timely manner.
Initiate outbound connection requests to targeted prospects, focusing on quality and fit with the ideal client profile.
Actively engage with new connections according to established playbooks, using tailored, engaging direct messages to build relationships and guide prospects towards scheduling discovery calls with account executives.
Support and engage with the team’s content efforts by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant posts across profiles to enhance visibility.
Qualify prospects through conversation, asking the right questions to understand their needs, and then moving them along the pipeline toward a discovery call.
Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate qualified leads through the sales pipeline.
Update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and communication history in CRM tools to ensure alignment with the sales team.
Meet and exceed KPI targets such as response rates, connection rates, and conversion rates, while contributing to initiatives that drive optimizations.
Work closely with content creators and account executives to ensure the messaging aligns with campaign goals, content initiatives, and sales objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in outbound direct messaging and appointment setting or similar roles in sales and business development.
Strong understanding of social platforms, including best practices for profile optimization, connection requests, and direct message engagement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to leverage technology to efficiently craft compelling messages that convert.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple social profiles without compromising quality or consistency.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently while meeting KPIs that require high levels of focus and productivity.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the IT MSP domain is a strong asset.
