Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)

Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.




Job Description for Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
  • Perform accurate data entry and management tasks
  • Ensure data accuracy and conduct matching processes
  • Communicate with clients via messaging systems about required paperwork and other matters
  • Assist the quoting team with administrative support
  • Manage and organize client records and files
  • Support general office administration as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer operations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
  • Basic understanding of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of or experience in the insurance industry (advantageous but not required)
