Job description

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to handle phone communications, primarily for our Windows and Siding company, Scottish Home Improvements, but occasionally supporting our other two companies. The role involves using Google Workspace and Zoho CRM for data entry and communications. Exceptional English proficiency is a must.

Schedule - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MST

Remote - Colombia 🇨🇴

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service across companies, focusing on Scottish Home Improvements.
  • Coordinate permitting processes for Scottish Home Improvements.
  • Review project plans and opportunities on platforms like The Blue Book, Dodge, and Building Connected.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential new products to carry (e.g., we currently carry James Hardie and LP SmartSide).
  • Assist with light project coordination, including ordering dumpsters, porta-potties, and similar items.

Growth Opportunities

  • After 6–12 months, the right candidate may transition into working on bidding systems and take on a commercial sales role, helping to grow revenue and their professional experience.

  • Excellent English Proficiency: Clear communication skills with little to no accent, ensuring seamless interactions with customers.
  • Outgoing and Engaging Personality: Ability to build rapport and convert leads into appointments.
