  • Spearhead lead generation, nurturing, and management processes to drive business growth
  • Oversee website development and content creation initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
  • Manage the creation of compelling YouTube and visual content for executive personal branding
  • Coordinate with and manage external marketing subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of specialized tasks
  • Provide high-level marketing oversight and strategic direction for various marketing initiatives across all entities
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, driving data-informed decision-making
  • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in marketing management roles, demonstrating success in developing and executing multi-faceted marketing campaigns 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing landscapes, content creation strategies, and brand development techniques
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, with experience in data-driven marketing strategy development and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing efforts across multiple business verticals or diverse industries
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in marketing technology stack, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and content management platforms
