About the role
This is a position with Human Resources Operations function based model. The HR Operations Specialist partners with Local/Regional HR Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Ops colleagues to support the overall HR objectives & initiatives. Currently we are looking for a colleague to join our offboarding team.

Daily challenges

  • Process resignations, retirements, and other voluntary and involuntary terminations in accordance with the local legislation
  • Ensure the preparation of HR offboarding documents in compliance with legal requirements (such as dismissal letters, mutual separation agreements, termination orders, labor books) including handling and signing of legal documents; manage and archive documents in employee files ensuring record management in line with policies
  • Liaise with external organizations and local authorities (e.g., health insurance companies or social security administration) to ensure proper document flow handling
  • Maintain HR data and actions effective completed within SLA depending on priority & complexity
  • Maintain up-to-date Knowledge Base content on policies, procedures & FAQs and share the gained knowledge and experience
  • Partner with in-country HR and colleagues to move existing processes closer to global standard and on their continuous improvement
  • Participate on projects and migrations of new activities
  • Investigate, assess, and recommend solutions to employee queries, interpreting company policies and procedures, and advise employees and managers accordingly

eXperience and skills required

  • Previous relevant experiences in HR administration (2+ years)
  • Bulgarian labor legislation and Social Security knowledge would be considered advantage
  • Very good verbal and written English skills
  • Good MS Office package knowledge (stress on Excel)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eye for details
  • Exceptional customers focus and service orientation
