Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with an outsourcing solutions company who is seeking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team. 

 

Position:  Customer Service Specialist 

Location: Remote

Employment type: local EOR Contract 


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products, services, and solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Danish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts and overnight shifts.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
