We are now calling on all Account Management Manager Heroes! OTO is currently on the hunt for a seasoned Account Management Manager to join our team! Tasks & Responsibilities:
    • Manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Managers;
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders (C-suite, decision makers, influencers) in enterprise accounts;
    • Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding the client’s industry, business goals, challenges, and competitive landscape;
    • Proactively communicate to align company solutions with client priorities and deliver value;
    • Develop and execute customized account strategies to drive growth, retention, and customer success;
    • Create detailed account plans with short/long-term goals, KPIs, and action plans;
    • Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets (renewals, expansions);
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success, support) to ensure seamless client experiences;
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities;
    • Share market insights with internal teams to refine strategies and positioning;
    • Maintain accurate account records in CRM for team activities, opportunities, and communications;
    • Track and report on account metrics (revenue, adoption, satisfaction, churn);
    • Prepare executive summaries and reports for leadership;
    • Identify and mitigate risks (e.g., financial, operational, reputational) in client relationships;
    • Identify process improvements to enhance account management efficiency and client outcomes;
    • Negotiate and close contracts effectively, securing terms that benefit both OTO and its clients, solidifying long-term partnerships;
    • Identify opportunities for growth within OTO’s existing client base, proactively seeking ways to expand and deepen client engagement;
    • Champion the needs and feedback of OTO’s clients internally, ensuring that client perspectives are central to product and service development efforts;
    • Ensure all client-related data and records are organized and easily accessible, facilitating efficient account management and strategic planning for OTO.

Requirements:

For this role, it is essential that you have 

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • BSc degree in a relevant field, master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex contracts, pricing, and renewals.
  • Experience leading and mentoring account management teams.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., sales, marketing, product, support) to drive client success.
  • Deep understanding of the industry/market the company operates in (e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, healthcare).
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for client meetings, conferences, or internal workshops.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
