Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Applications Preparer to assist clients in preparing and submitting loan applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the loan application process and excellent communication skills to guide clients through the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in gathering and organizing necessary documentation for loan applications.
- Review completed applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding loan products and eligibility requirements.
- Collaborate with financial institutions to track the progress of loan applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and application statuses.
- Address client inquiries and provide updates throughout the application process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about changes in lending policies and industry trends.
- Add appointment scheduling cold calling experience


Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in finance or a related field is an asset.
- Previous experience in loan processing, finance, or customer service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian lending practices and regulations.
- Loan applications range from CAD 200-400+ 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
