About the role
The Fleet Services Specialist will utilise diverse skills to support fleet administrative functions and shared goals, contributing to best practices of our equipment data and standards used by Fleet Services and the wider TGE
business.
In collaboration with other business areas and the larger team, the role will involve maintaining fleet processes and guides, facilitating seamless transactions and review of workflows and business processes to provide insights for optimisation initiatives. This must be done in line with ensuring the focus areas and activities of the business are holistically carried out with our values of passion, respect & unity. Fostering a unified culture that emphasizes teamwork, safety, people, customer focus, and operational excellence.
What You`ll do
Maintain data integrity & reconcile Fleet Services account transactions across TGE e.g. new, transferred and disposal of fuel cards and E-Tags.
Maintain data Integrity for TGE Bulk Fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluids provider databases.
Provide administrative assistance to ensure continued supply of bulk fuel & diesel exhaust fluids (e.g. Ad Blue) across TGE.
Create and Maintain Various System Data records across Fleet Functions including fleet master Data and records, registrations and permits.
Support central maintenance team administrators as required with customer enquiries and data capture into various systems (CMMS and SharePoint).
Accountable for daily, weekly and monthly business deadline and data submission.
Create process documentation, workflows and training guides.
Support the TGE fleet operators regarding Fleet regulatory requirements e.g Permits and licences.
Engage with internal customers and external suppliers as required to facilitate 3rd party maintenance activities.
Assist in the analysis of various business processes and data sets to help improve Fleet Operations performance.
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience in a fleet related role within transport or logistics industry preferably in a Heavy Vehicle Environment.
Proven administrative skills with strong attention to detail
Team focused with ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Process driven with an eye for identifying opportunities to optimise and suggest improvement opportunities.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret, analyse and manage data.
Good knowledge of Heavy Vehicle Regulations.
