You have a real passion for problem-solving and are an active learner who gets excited by working collaboratively with those around you.
Your Dev experience will include:

- Experienced in Java, Node.js or Go, but any relevant development experience is a considerable plus (E.g. Powershell or Bash);

- Having a solid understanding and passion for excellent software development practises;
- Legally being able to live and work in Portugal.
Your Ops experience will include:
- Substantial experience of container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes;
- Strong knowledge and experience with cloud native managed constructs, like AWS Lambda, AWS AIM, AWS ECS, AWS RDS, AWS CloudWatch, etc.
- Setting up monitoring, alerting, and logging systems;
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure;
- Thorough understanding of infrastructure as code tools including Terraform and AWS CDK;
- Building, shipping and running using Docker;
- Understanding how a Load Balancer works and having used either Traefik, Nginx, HaProxy or a Cloud-based Load Balancer;
- Experience of using a Linux/RHEL/Ubuntu environment.
You’ll be:
- Self-motivated, proactive and always looking for ways to improve and develop yourself;
- Diplomatic, emotionally intelligent, have an ability to listen and be open to others’ points of view;
- A good communicator, both in writing and verbally. You’ll be able to explain technical ideas and concepts in business-friendly language;
- A genuine believer in diversity, fairness, and inclusion;
- Legally able to live and work in Portugal.
What you’ll get in return:
- The chance to work with a forward-thinking, ethical, and fun group of people and to develop and grow your skills in a fast-moving business
Our typical Recruitment Process looks like this:
- 1st Interview with someone from the Talent team (30/45 mins)
