Job Title: Sales Representative (CSAM) - German & English

Location: Athens, Greece
Start Dates: 2nd March 2025, 3rd March 2025, 17th March 2025, 31st March 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (3 shifts: 9:00-17:00 / 10:00-18:00 / 11:00-19:00)
Job Type: Hybrid (Remote/Office)

Salary: 1,760 x 14 annual payments (total package)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with fluent German and English to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our Customer Success and Account Management (CSAM) team, you will be responsible for generating and managing B2B sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, an excellent command of both languages, and previous experience in cold calling and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales: Generate, qualify, and convert sales leads within a business-to-business environment.
  • Cold Calling: Proactively contact potential clients via phone to introduce services, qualify prospects, and build relationships.
  • Upselling: Effectively cross-sell and upsell existing services to current clients.
  • Account Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Reporting & CRM: Accurately track sales activities and update CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline management and reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure client success and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role with a focus on lead generation, cold calling, and upselling.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
