📍 Remote - Canada | Full-Time | Sales Leadership

Hour Consulting is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing real estate technology platform that is transforming the industry with AI-driven insights. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Director to lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of real estate agents.

This is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving agent performance, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. You will oversee the lead-to-deal funnel, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents while leveraging the company's cutting-edge technology to empower the team and enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales Strategy & Process Optimization

  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the lead-to-deal sales funnel.

  • Develop strategies to maximize lead conversion and agent performance.

  • Ensure alignment between sales processes, data insights, and revenue goals.

🔹 Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top-tier real estate agents.

  • Establish performance standards and coaching programs to drive success.

  • Offboard underperforming agents when necessary to maintain a high-caliber team.

🔹 Technology & Data Utilization

  • Utilize CRM systems, sales tools, and data analytics to optimize agent efficiency.

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the sales team.

  • Continuously assess and implement new technologies to streamline operations.

🔹 Collaboration & Business Growth

  • Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and enhance market positioning.

  • Provide strategic input on expansion, agent performance, and customer engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with provincial real estate regulations and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience: Minimum 6+ years in the real estate industry, with significant experience in brokerage operations and team leadership.
✅ Sales Leadership: Proven track record in mentoring and leading sales teams to achieve and exceed goals.
✅ Coaching & Mentorship: Strong ability to inspire, train, and develop agents at all levels.
✅ Technology Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems, sales tools, and data-driven decision-making.
✅ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
✅ Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in team performance.
✅ Travel Ability: Willingness to travel as needed for in-person meetings and agent support.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a prop-tech company.

  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian real estate industry.

  • Awareness of real estate regulations across multiple provinces.

  • A valid real estate broker license and active memberships in RECO, TRREB, or other provincial bodies.

  • Based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) preferred.
