Developer Relations Project Coordinator - Contractor

About the Role:

We are looking for a project coordinator to assist in managing and executing developer relations focused initiatives. The primary focus of the Developer Relations team at Sui Foundation is in growing the developer base for Sui Network, and promoting the adoption of Sui technology. The project coordinator role will handle the coordination and logistical aspects of developer relations activations, including large scale online and in-person hackathons, hacker houses, and developer meetups, to help scale these efforts across different regions and target audiences in the next stage of developer adoption for Sui. 

What you’ll do:

• Assist in coordinating and execute large scale hackathon, hacker houses, developer competitions, and other forms of activations involving technical audiences 

• Able to own and execute the logistical aspects of the above and and ensure on-time delivery of key milestones

• Maintaining and collecting relevant data and statistics across DevRel activations, including working with the relevant team members to produce pre-approval briefs for postmortem reports

• Manage overall DevRel team timelines and milestone delivery statuses, and ensure overall team’s progress on initiatives and tasks according to their priorities
  

What you’ll bring:

• 2-5 years of relative project coordinator or project manager experience, ideally with a global tech company

• Highly proficient with a wide range of productivity software, and able to quickly learn how to use new ones needed to perform assigned duties

• Highly detailed and results oriented with the ability to fill in the details and independently carry out assigned tasks to completion

• Experience working across multiple time zones with some flexibility in availability

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - can quickly and independently draft public facing messages

• Flexibility and willingness to travel and connect
