We are looking for a dynamic Digital Graphic Designer to become a vital part of our growing Marketing team, working hybrid in our Austin, TX office or remotely across the United States. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum!

As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create visually compelling assets for digital and print platforms. By crafting designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience, you will shape our visual identity and drive impactful engagement.

Insight on your impact:

  • Create visually compelling designs for digital platforms (social media, email campaigns, WebFlow, landing and new pages) and print materials (sales collateral, advertisements, presentations, and trade show assets) while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Design and develop templates for presentations, e-books, and social media to ensure consistency and efficiency in asset creation.
  • Create graphics to support events, including promotional materials and wayfinding on-site visuals.   
  • Manage and organize digital assets using tools like SharePoint, ensuring accessibility, usability, and seamless implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end design projects, performing quality assurance and troubleshooting to maintain functionality and design standards.
  • Design and optimize landing pages using best practices, ensuring high-quality visual standards and brand consistency.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate international schedules, while responding positively to feedback and fostering collaboration. 

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills 

  • At least 1+ year(s) of experience in design, including website design and front-end web development (e.g., Webflow with CMS collections).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with internal design tools and asset management systems.
  • Experience in B2B or agency environments, particularly in fast-paced settings where you manage a task list.
  • Strong skills in typography, hierarchy, and color contrast, with an ability to create visually cohesive designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design expertise across digital and print mediums. 

Preferred skills and technical familiarity:

Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role 

  • Experience in creating and integrating video, photography, and typography assets to enhance designs across digital and print platforms.
  • Familiarity with design practices within the semiconductor industry, with an understanding of its technical and branding requirements.
