Job Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and UX thinking.
UX Mindset: A deep understanding of UX principles, including usability, information architecture, and interaction design.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to solving design challenges and optimizing user experiences.

Core responsibilities:

Design user-centered interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance usability and user engagement.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into functional and visually compelling designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, understand pain points, and refine designs.
Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design intent effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Maintain design consistency across products by working within and contributing to design systems.
Work with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process.
Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
