Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to support our Custom Development initiatives!
This role focuses on optimizing project hours, utilizing bench resources effectively, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple technology teams. You will also assist with community events, strategic training programs, and skills/availability tracking to enhance workforce planning and engagement.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, junior project management, or a similar role.

• Understanding of IT/software development processes.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with project tracking and documentation tools.

• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a technology-driven environment.

• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Exposure to AI tools, PropTech, or workforce planning initiatives.

• Experience coordinating training programs or community events.

Responsibilities:

R&D/ AI POC Project Management

• Oversee Research & Development (R&D) and AI Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects.

• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while managing resource allocation effectively.

Bench Resource Utilization

• Manage Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects to leverage bench resources effectively.

• Coordinate project scopes, timelines, and deliverables with strategic goals.

Project Hours Optimization

• Analyze and streamline time spent on project tasks to improve efficiency.

• Identify workflow gaps and suggest process improvements.

Technology Leads Support

• Organize meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability for deliverables.

• Facilitate cross-team communication and resolve coordination challenges.

Community Event Coordination

• Work with Community Leads to plan and execute events, manage speaker logistics, and address challenges.

• Gather feedback and drive continuous improvements in engagement initiatives.

Learning & Development Support

• Assist in organizing critical training programs, including PropTech, AI Tools, and AI Integration.

• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and communication with trainers and participants.

Skillset & Availability Tracking

• Maintain an up-to-date record of team skills and availability for project assignments.
• Generate reports to inform workforce planning and identify skill gaps.
