Job Description

As the AU Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will:
  • Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly email campaigns targeting prospective and current learners.
  • Create engaging content for promotional offers, course updates, newsletters, and learner success stories.
  • Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns for improved results.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule daily posts to align with marketing goals and trending topics.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster an online community.
  • Write high-quality blogs on education trends, career pathways, learner success stories, and industry insights.
  • Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored content for various audience segments.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for consistent posting and engagement across digital channels.
  • Promote student experiences through videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to enhance reach and increase enrollments.
  • Work closely with the learner support team to showcase student success stories and support services.
  • Organize and promote events, webinars, and orientation sessions that enrich the learner's journey.
  • Develop strategies for gathering and showcasing learner reviews and testimonials to build credibility and trust.
  • Initiate and manage alumni networks, exclusive membership programs, and content co-creation with learners.
  • Design visually compelling marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Produce brochures, flyers, banners, and other collateral that align with brand guidelines.
  • Regularly update course brochures, fee schedules, and related materials to reflect current offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored materials for campaigns and specific audiences.
  • Manage print and digital distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing plans align with strategic objectives.
  • Gather and report marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist with sales administration and support the team in the execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Australian Certified.
  • Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns and utilizing email platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management tools and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with an ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in SEO strategies and content optimization for web traffic growth.
  • Design experience using desktop publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and deadlines.
  • Experience in paid social media advertising and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of higher education marketing strategies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and technology in digital marketing.
