Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Officer to lead our brand awareness and lead generation efforts. As their first dedicated marketing professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies that drive client acquisition and strengthen our market presence.

This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently, with the potential to evolve into a leadership role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that focus on brand awareness and lead generation. Manage and optimize email campaigns to engage potential clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform marketing strategies and measure performance metrics. Implement SEO practices to enhance our online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, focusing on cost per lead and return on ad spend (ROAS). Generate actionable reports to measure key performance indicators such as leads generated, client acquisition rate (CAR), and ROI. Work collaboratively with other teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business

  • Proficiency in computer literacy and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
