Job Description – Product Owner, Supply chain management
Key responsibilities
A SCM Product Owner is expected to be Technical skilled in Supply Chain Managements software covering Sales planning, Demand planning, Production planning, Warehouses and Logistics
As Product owner you will determinate the overall vision of product(s) , deciding which capabilities each product needs to have based on business needs but bearing in mind that Hempel shall implement ONE standard, scalable application /system across the Enterprise, aligned with our Enterprise Architecture.
Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development.
Work with teams or suppliers to deliver according to agreed solution and timeline.
Vendor Management – Manage that Vendors is following design and delivering in time and budget
Full life cycle maintenance responsible for the product.
Create and maintain product roadmaps in close cooperation with business.
Key Success Criteria’s / KPIs
Develop and select the best, most efficient and robust Digital solutions and integrations which can be used by other teams/projects
Stakeholder satisfaction with deliveries (VoC)
High project/agile team engagement
Work relations
Commercial, Digital, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Master Data and 3rd parties
Required education, experience and job-related skills
An academic background within the field of Information Technology with SCM Domain.
Experience working from a Global Company or from Consultancy working with different industries within SCM domain
