Overview:

World Travel Holdings is seeking a Franchise Sales Support Lead for its B2B division--- Dream Vacations and CruiseOne. In this functional lead role, you will provide sales management and administrative support to the franchise recruitment team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, analytics and solutions oriented.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations and provide support to the team as needed.
  • Training and Development: Identify training opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Complete call monitoring, analyze sales metrics and administrative efficiency to pinpoint areas for improvement. 
  • CRM Tool Management: Utilize Sugar or other CRM tools to optimize lead management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales performance and administrative operations for Leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and training, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges faced by the team and implement effective solutions.

  • Proficiency in sales techniques and administrative processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
