About the Role
Franki’s Sales team is seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager. This person will play a key role in executing and refining Franki’s 2025 B2B marketing strategy. This position focuses on lead generation, campaign execution, customer acquisition cost (CAC) management, and funnel optimization to drive revenue and meet key performance milestones. This role requires collaboration cross-functionally with sales, product, and agency partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and measurable success.
Note: Candidates residing in our preferred locations; AZ, CA, FL, GA, TX will be given first consideration.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the sales pipeline.
Leverage tools such as MoEngage, Salesforce, and Google Ads to manage and optimize lead capture efforts.
Design and manage campaigns across channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and email marketing.
Monitor and analyze funnel metrics to identify and address bottlenecks.
Conduct A/B testing for landing pages, ad creatives, and email content to improve conversion rates.
Optimize campaigns to maintain a customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Track and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) for all paid campaigns.
Achieve KPIs such as impressions, lead volume, lead quality, click-through rate (CTR), and watch-time metrics.
Drive measurable engagement with video content, showcasing Franki’s creator network value.
Outsource to and manage agency partners to ensure high-quality creative and effective campaign strategies.

You’re a good fit if you have...
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ year of partnership sales or a related role.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Bonus points if you have...
Proficient in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage.
Experience with video marketing, including engagement tracking and view-through metrics.
Proficient in Salesforce for lead management and reporting.
Perks & Benefits
Remote work: Our team works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings.
PTO: 15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). Additionally, we recognize 11 public holidays per year.
