Role Description:
As a Senior Product Manager on the Platform team, you will help take ShipBob’s Identity and Access Management capability and ShipBob’s Public API offering to the next level. You will be responsible for bringing new features and optimizing existing features to achieve better merchant experience.
This role is for someone who is highly systematic and loves establishing success metrics. In Product, we believe in being outcome-driven and testing and measuring everything so we can collectively take ownership of our results. This role reports to Director, Software Development.
