About the Role:
As Senior Product Manager, you will lead our Platform squad, driving the development of foundational components and shared solutions that unlock the full power of our platform. You will focus on ensuring that Panorama’s products work seamlessly together, empowering educators with insights and capabilities that span across data domains and workflows. Your work will enable scalable, efficient, and consistent solutions that amplify the value that each product has on its own. You will own the Platform roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design, Engineering, Client Experience) to identify and prioritize opportunities that strengthen the platform’s core capabilities and deliver exceptional user experiences. By deeply understanding the data and workflows within Panorama’s ecosystem, you will define strategic initiatives that support data-driven decision making in schools and solve real problems for educators and students. As a highly analytical and technical leader, you will define and track meaningful KPIs to measure the impact of platform solutions on product performance and user outcomes. This role reports to the Director of Product and plays a pivotal role in fulfilling Panorama’s vision of a truly integrated platform that transforms educational insights into action.

The starting salary range for this role is $138,500 - $153,990. Actual offers will depend on experience and skills.
The “Base Salary” range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across all US locations. The determination of this anticipated Base Salary range involves the consideration of many factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: unique skill sets, experience, training, performance, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. Our anticipated Base Salary determination is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonus or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
