Job description

We are excited to announce the launch of our Comprehensive Product Manager Training Program for Junior Product Managers. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation and essential skills for product management success. Participants will undergo an immersive training experience that covers key concepts and practical techniques that are crucial in the field of product management.

We believe that this comprehensive training program will equip Junior Product Managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Successful completion of the program will not only enhance their professional development but also provide them with valuable opportunities within Squadio talent pool.

Program Details:

Duration: 4 months

Availability: 12 Hours/Week
Meetings: 30 Mins to 1 hr meeting, daily

Experience Required: 1 Year of Experience
Certificate: Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the training program.

Training Highlights:

  1. Agile Methodology: Participants will learn about Agile principles and how they apply to product management.
  2. Scrum Framework: The training will introduce participants to the Scrum framework, a popular Agile methodology. 
  3. Product Owner Responsibilities: Participants will learn about the crucial role of the product owner, including market understanding, stakeholder management, requirement prioritization, and evaluating product progress.
  4. Agile Events and Artifacts: The training will cover key Agile events such as kick-off meetings, daily scrums, sprints, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives. Participants will also gain knowledge about important Agile artifacts, including the product backlog, sprint backlog, and increment.
  5. User Stories: Participants will understand how to write effective user stories, define acceptance criteria, and slice stories to deliver value incrementally.
  6. Analysis Techniques: The training will cover techniques such as competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, and business model canvas. Participants will gain insights into roadmap creation, prioritization techniques, and the importance of understanding customer pain points.
  7. Documentation and Wireframing: Participants will learn about documentation practices in Agile, including the creation of functional requirement documents (FRDs) and business requirement documents (BRDs). They will also explore wireframing techniques and understand how to effectively communicate product designs.
